Cruzer Solutions started from a frustration we kept seeing: businesses caught between two worlds. Their accountant understood the numbers but not the software, and their IT person understood the software but not the numbers. Neither side could connect the two in a way that actually moved the business forward.
We set out to close that gap. With a background in accounting and a foundation in computer science, we built a practice where the people who understand debits and credits are the same people who design the integrations and write the automations — so your systems are built by someone who knows what clean financials actually look like.
It started with bookkeeping and QuickBooks. But as our clients grew, the questions grew with them — multiple entities, complex inventory, department-level reporting, and a tangle of apps that didn't talk to each other. So the work expanded: ERP migrations into Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI dashboards that make the numbers legible, and the automations that quietly run the repetitive work in the background.
More than ten years in, that's still the point of it all: get you as close to an all-in-one experience as your stack will allow, and replace manual work with systems that just run. We don't recommend a platform because it fits a reseller quota — we recommend what fits your business, even when that answer is "stay on QuickBooks for now."
